Apostrophes - do you know how to use them?

How many contractions can you see?
Today I met my friends.  In fact they’re my best friends.  I hadn’t seen them for a while and we had lots to catch up on.  We’ve been friends for year.  I’ll never forget the day we all got stuck in a lift.  I’d never been so scared.
Paul, he’s the oldest of us all, got us out.
Gill, she’s the youngest, said she’d never go in a lift again.  I don’t blame her because we didn’t think we were going to get out.
